Turns out Scott did actually letter Page 113 a while back but accidentally mailed me a copy of the unlettered page without realising it while I thought he going to finish and send it to me later.

Anyway, now that we’ve sorted that all out (hopefully!), we’ll fix this up as soon as we can.
